Help with wiring

Hello!
Im building a volume/exp pedal and need to switch between the volume-bit whilst the exp-bit is unactive, and vise versa with true bypass on the volume-bit. I have a volume-pot that i plan on using for both the vol and exp-bit. The hotpotz is 470k and the exp-resistance needed is 10k so i thought i'd latch a 10k resistor over the lugs of the jack.


So what I have is in and out jacks, exp jack, the pot and a 4pdt switch. Any ideas??
