Tap-Tempo stompbox for multiple inputs - synched?

If I have a box that created the input signal to control tap-tempo in Modular effects (ie. phase, delay, trem/vib), can it only affect one at a time due to different means of input (does it need a design-specific voltage? ...how does the 'switch' occur?), or are these input methods universal?

In any case, I'd like to know whether or not I can divert this 'tapper' signal to multiple pedals and have them be synchronized with tempo?

Still a tubey noobie. Been doing this a while, and still can't figure much out, smh.

Here's a layout of the casing I designed. I'm wondering if I need some circuitry/components other than led-tempo/on-off indicators and the hardware, of course.

I'm thinking I could get by with using Industry-standard spdt footswitches (y'know, the kind with two-lugs on one end)?

You'll have to figure out how each tap mechanism for each effect works to determine how simple or complex this will need to be.

Here's a (short) topic that explains better than I can: Link.

If you're not doing it for yourself, it's not DIY. ;)

Thanks, Mike!  That's what I was looking for. (or rather, not looking for, as it was here, i just didnt search... I suppose that's what I get for thinking my idea was original...)

Glad to know more than one person can come to the same conclusion via separate conditions!
