I think I'm looking for .060" boards with 1 oz. copper, but I'm not entirely sure. I found these on eBay (http://cgi.ebay.com/10-pcs-Copper-Clad-Laminate-PCB-Board-060-6-5x9-DS-/310314496124?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item48402f707c) but don't know if these are what I should be getting. Any suggestions? Also, any suggestions on sellers that may have them cheaper? Thanks!

Those are for dual layer boards, hence copper on both sides.
You want single sided for the boards we make.
1oz copper is fine for pedals,in fact it etches easier.
For an amp build I would use 2oz copper.
.06 is about the right thickness ,just under a 1/16",I like 1/8" for amps and 1/16"  for pedals.
If you look he should have what you need,he is great about answering questions too.

I have bought from him a few times, great service, fast shipping.
The packs of several sheets are your best deal.
I dont think you will find copper clad cheaper without shipping from Asia,or buying a really big lot.
I'm no EE or even a tech, just a monkey with a soldering iron that can read, and follow instructions. ;D
