sd-1 schematic and pcb

Hay, I want to build an SD-1 in a 1590b box.
I havne't found any pcbs or layouts but i found 2 schematics. I dont know wich to choose. I want to do it true bypass with several mods.

Also, does any one have a pcb or layout cause i prefer not to design is by myself. And should I remove the buffer.

This is what i have, i've built this some time ago, i could do a better PCB now, but it works, i've built it.

The resistors are so small because i'd either use small resistors from broken radios, or i'd put normal ones mounted upright.

Another question. Does any one have an instruction for the gt mod of the sd-1

Go to Tonepad.com. Click on FX project, and look for "Tubescreamer". This project is for the tubescreamer, and SD-1.

There's no real *physical* conversion needed - the two pedals are remarkably similar (but not enough to involve lawyers).

Print out the tonepad .pdf document and the SD-1 scematic.  Lay them side-by-side.

Use the component values shown on your SD-1 schem in place of the TS808 / TS-9 values shown - and add asymetrical clipping as this is part of the SD-1's sound.

If I were building one, this is what I'd do anyway.  Hope this helps.

yah im tried that looking too schematic but im not quite sure so a ask if someone who tried it and make it as easy as change c5 to blah r2 to blag Lazy me

This is a little off topic,but here's a mod i came up with for the SD-1,using some ideas of some differn't folks,and experimentation with some great "Tube-Like" results:These are the changed parts;R2-620k,R16-470 ohm,C6-Remove,C10-10uf 50-100v(electrolytic),C2-.047(polyester film),C8-0.1uf(panasonic metal film),C7-1uf(panasonic metal film),D6-1S2473(in series),D5-1S2473+1N4001(in series).Enjoy!
