Reverse potentiometer

Hi all,

I'm having trouble with a son of screamer project I've made. The thing works, but the drive pot increases when it turns counter-clockwise instead of clockwise like the tone and the volume. Can anyone shed any light on what might cause this problem? I'm using a layout based on the beavis audio boutique screamer:

Swap the 2 outside wires going to the pot. Leave the middle lug alone.
