Point me to R28 on this Phase 90 picture

Here is a picture of a phase 90 that matches my circut board. Mine has a pot code dating it to 78 and is a block logo. 

Can someone tell me where r28 for the script mod is located?

Note: please ignore the red circles and assocoiated writing as I dont have a camera and this is just a picture I found on the net that matches mt ciruit board.
