A screen shot of a two transistor fuzz that you might remember

Put that in lt spice and adjust the parts

Adjust the crude pickup sim part and see what happens, maybe a humbucker 4.5H and 7k etc, change the cable cap(C4) and watch what happens
Adjust R4 and watch the bias/operating points
R10 guitar volume pot

Model the complete guitar bass and sim with the Fuzz

Note the selected controlled open loop gain of Q1 with the 10K 100ohm

Sorry, but what's the purpose of this exercise for those of us who don't have the time to do all that?

Gus

It is about learning.

LT spice is available at the Linear Technology web site.

One will see thread after thread about FF type problems etc.

So if a person sims the FF like circuit a person can learn a lot about the guitar/bass interaction

The 2n2222 circuit in the screen-shot matches a real build transistor DC voltages
