Dr Boggie (Need a parts list)

Hello..

I am about to build a Dr Boggie pedal.. and i need a list with what parts i need to get to build one.. i have seen that there is several thoughts about different parts and i would like to get a list of what parts to use to get it to work best.

Is there anyone out there that have a partslist for Dr Boggie ??

Can i use that parts to this pcb layout ?

I am looking for pots ..

What does this means.. ?

Bass 100K-A  (What does A means ?)

MID 2,5K-B (What does B means ?)

A = LOG (logarithmic)

B= LIN (linear)   ..... thats what they are in the uk.....

do yourself a favour and do the gaussmarkov version...download the pdf and you will have the... pcb image,... the parts list...and the layout too...its a great great pedal..one of the very best  \m/   \m/  in my opinion...

also look at the top left of this screen and checkout DIY FAQ'S /GEO FAQS/ ...lots +lots of info...good luck.

Thanx for the information... but i didnt find any good pcb layout for the gaussmarkov... :S   

Any suggestions about PCB layout... ?

Can i use the PCB layout at the bottom in the pdf file.. ?  i mean is it the real deal that is ready for printing.. ?  or do i have to re-size it.. ?

probably needs resizing...

rezize it to fit 100k trimmer pots and ya good to go!...

Can i use standard blue 10mm trimmers.. ?  or do i have to use 5mm mini-trimmers.. ?

whichever fits your pcb image....as long as they are 100k's...

ok.. thanx.. i am about to order the components i need to build Dr Boogie... and some other pedals..

So i will start with the cirvuit board as soon as i have the stuff..

I belive that Dr Boogie is a damn good pedal.. with a pretty wide range of gain.. ?  maybe one of the best.. ?

Hey man... sounds AWESOME...    great playing to..

There is a big difference between a tube amp and a non-tube amp..

I have a Marshall MG15 MS-II ministack... it sounds pretty good as well..

yeah you wont be disappointed..i use mine on my marshall coz the marshall distortion is good...but very very hissy..when not playing...

these are nice even with the volume rolled back too...good luck with it man...

Thanx.. i hope i will be able to build the Dr Boogie... i mean its a advanced thing to do i belive.. and not recommended for beginners.. even if i have built lots of pedals like DOD 250 and stuff like that.. i find the Dr Boogie confusing.. haha... 

Often i play around with different capacitors or diodes and resistors to get the sound i wanna have.. and it works great with a DOD 250 pcb for example.. but not even close to the sound that a Dr Boogie delivers.. :S  so thats why i thougt i give it a try..
