What is the best way to undo the factory flip-flop?   Remove the 14007 or leave it engaged somehow?  Anyone know which pins do what?  This one is FX72 Bass Flanger.  Pretty sure most are similar...Isn't it funny, the largest component in any DOD pedal is always the switching relay!

Here is the data sheet on the Motorola switching relay.   I have no clue, I don't speak Hieroglyphics(barely can spell it)..I KNow how some simple relays work, but this one....UGH

Are you trying to make it true bypass or just have a flanger that is always on?

I'll assume you're trying to make it true bypass. I was unable to find any FX72 schematics around, but if the switching circuit is the same as the FX96, you can follow liddokun's instructions here:

Just make sure the circuit is the same before doing anything.

The led changes with the switch, but the wet effect doesn't turn on(Dry signal still passes thru 'on' and 'off').  The best I can tell is the relay controls these both, and one side of the relay is shot.  So maybe I can jumper around the switch and make sure the effect works If I figure out the relay.

I know I can ground the V pin and make it switch, but still just dry signal, whether switched on/off.  If I had a DECENT meter(RIP Grandfather) to use ....I'm stuck with a P.O.S. Autozone meter that doesn't detect signal level current, which is why I asked.  with 12 unknown pins, it is best not to guess!
