Phase-wah?

hey guys.. ive been lately thinking. is it possible to build a phaser that will act like a wah wah pedal.. not like you know with an LFO but rather you just control the phase by your foot. not the speed but the phase itself

Just look for phaser mods to add a manual pot and put the pot in a rocker. The above threads have some ways of doing it.
