Really need help...

I think there is a common fix that covers many DOD pedals, something in the switch circuit...
   On the older DOD pedals (this one is an fx72 bass flange) It passes dry signal, whether the led is on or off.     I have seen a few DOD's with this problem...
Generally I would assume the switch functions, but there is a 9507 it looks like for switching. is that the culprit?
