Ibanez PUE5 Repair

Hi there, not sure if I am in the right place, I have an Ibanez PUE5 Tube with a defunct delay.  The light comes on, but no effect, no change on sound.  Any ideas where to look? I took it apart but nothing obviously wrong.  Any sugesstions would be welcome as i would like to get this unit working 100%

sorry to bump this up, it being about 7 years old and such. i have the pue-5 blue, and my delay is also defunct. light comes on when you tap the switch but has no impact on sound.. did you manage to find a solution? i know its likely that we have a different problem, but i'm willing to try almost anything.
