Guv'nor tonestack

If I replace the 10k treble pot in a guv'nor with a 20k will it act like the 10k up to 1/2 way up. And past halfway add more treble than if I had a 10k in there.
Same question for the mid and bass. Or is it the opposite; all the way up is the same for 10k or 20k and all the way down is more cut of the given control.
