input cap blend mod on Tonebender Mk 2

If I wanted to incorporate an input blend mod to the Tonebender Mark 2 circuit, would I place it where the regular 4.7uF input cap would otherwise go, i.e., between the .01uF cap to ground and the 100K resistor to ground?
