Looking for Wah type enclosure

I've looked around to no avail, but I am looking for a wah enclosure similar to this:


Not that exact style though.
What I am basically looking for is a wah enclosure with a section on the top for additional controls like the one pictured.
I've looked but have come up empty so far

Why not buy a wah enclosure from smallbear and a 1590A, and attach the A box to the wah enclosure? Then you just drill a large hole between the two. Bonus is a little extra space, or a 9V will fit in underneath the pots if you plan right. You can get 4 pots across, even more if you use PCB mount trimmer style pots.
