digi003board firewireport fried

hey so this is a little off from pedals but our digi003 board fried out i beleive its the firewire port. anything we can do or do you think this is a ship me out project?

well first of all have you had a look? any fried out components?

Have you tested it on two different computers? I've had mac's firewire ports 'die', and had to reset the system management controller to get the port to work again.
