Can I use this relay?

I don't see any mention of the coil current, so you should confirm that you can actually drive it from whatever source you are using.  There appears to be a diode across the coil for spike suppression, so you should note that the relay will stay on until the circulating current through the relay coil and diode drop below the holding current.  IOW, it may switch on fast enough but not necessarily off fast enough, so you should make sure you are satisfied with that, too.  You can get 12 or 24 volt coils, so you have to have the right voltage as well as current.

DPDT should be OK since there is already a LED to show activation (and you could easily add another one on the box), and the third set of contacts on a 3PDT are usually reserved for the LED.  Looks like a winner if you can tolerate continuous current into the coil - battery operation is out.  Note also that it does not latch - I assume you have other circuitry dedicated to turning a momentary function into an alternate action switch.
