i don't know about the capacitor.

but a stereo jack (Tip-Ring-Sleeve) is just a MONOjack (Tip-Sleeve) with a ring connection. Just use the tip sleeve like your normally would.

That is a surface mount capacitor: 1.6 mm × 0.8 mm (0.063 in × 0.031 in)

If you're looking for a cheap, in stock, through-hole, 0.1uF capacitor from Newark, how about this one?
