Simple dirtyish boost recommendations

Looking for a pretty simple transistor boost with some dirty hair at max gain. Recommendations from experience?

AMZ mini-booster might fit that description. Extra hair with the emitter follower transistor installed. Looks good on the scope, pretty mild hair in reality. But I'm new here, there could be other better options, or maybe not, dunno...

Woops, just saw your other thread, yeah I reckon the above will do what you want. Might be a good place to start.

Try the Sparkle Boost: lovely smooth mild overdrive at full gain, but cleans up well too.
