This may seem silly, but is the circuit getting power? It took me a while to see that the red wire coming from the power jack actually connects to the board on that pad then continues to the resistor on the LED. Did you by chance miss that?

Yes, I had to double take that myself to see if it actually connected or not.

As I referenced before, I think it is time for YOU to provide some input on this one  ;)

Transistor voltages, pictures of the actual unit, etc. These are the things we need right now to help  ;D
