sonic maximizer issue , i need help

hi everyone, today i built sonic maximizer (BLOVİATOR-MADBEAN BOARD) bu its very quite . i can hear the sounnd when i turn the volume pot all the way up. İ think controls doesn't effect the sound When i take off the battery signal still passes the circuit. By the way i didn't use the switch. i checked the solder bridges million times there is no solder bridges.İ changed the ic's but still same. Any suggestion? i'm a little desperate.
