Tonepad PCB from 2007 - Anyone got a layout?

OK...ive got a PCB that someone sent to me in trade a long time ago

It is marked www.tonepad.com - FP2007 - ROGET

I checked the tonepad website, google, and the search function on here and found nothing.....

can anyone provide a layout or at least tell me which circuit it is?
