My all time favourite IC. You can (and I have) make a whole synth with LM13700. You can make VCOs, VCLFOs, VCFs, VCAs, RMs, S/H. I'm working on a panning pedal for a guy using LM13700. Oh, and you can make phasers too...

as well as Snow White autowah, Ross Ropez, Moog us it for non-true bypass in teh Moogerfoogers. It's awesome. I just bought 25 more, used 8 already
