Supreaux Deux trim pot settings?

Hi, new to the world of DIY boxes, so forgive my ignorance of anything.
I'm looking to build a Supreaux Deux from runoffgroove:

My question is, what are the trim pots supposed to be set to. I'm still a bit hazy on them.

The schematic says:

adjust trimpots for 12V at each drain

That means you must use a multimeter set as a DC voltmeter (red lead to the point where the trimpot and the jfet are connected together, black lead to ground). You turn the trimpot until the multimeter reads 12 volts. Repeat for each trimpot.
