Tremolo mods (mainly the Boss TR-2?)

Hey guys,

I modified a Boss TR-2 with the rate led and volume drop fix, but not i'mm having trouble with the waveform.

When i turn it on, it seems to start the cycle in the silent part of the tremolo, rather than the louder part if that makes sense.

Essentially, it sounds like it has lag when i kick it on because the volume basically drops out.

Any idea how to change this?
