ITS8: Low volume

The volume knob is turned all the way up and there is low volume...could this be an op amp? I had used it the night before and id nothing to it except pack it back up in the pedal box, then the next day, it was not working. There are no broken solder joints anywhere. I suspect the Op-amp is bad.

Only one way to find out, take the DMM to it and get some voltage readings, then cross check it with the build instructions:

Yea unfortunately I don't have one at the moment...weird thing is, I played it a week ago packed it up and then tried it out yesterday and had this problem.

There must be an obvious place to start if it is passing a signal but it is low...Like I said it was working for about 7 months prior to this.
