novice seeking advice, if you have the time

I've browsed this website a handful of times and was hoping i could get some advice on what is (hopefully) a fairly simple project.
i have a number of effects that i would like to blend with my clean signal, from 100-0, 50-50, 0-100 and everywhere in between.
is it possible to do this sort of thing passively? i have basic soldering experience doing simple mods on guitars, the only thing Ive done with pedals has been replacing a tremolo's rate knob with an expression pedal, so i am aiming for the simplest solution possible.

the picture below sums up what i want it to DO, but I'm not sure where to start as to HOW to make it happen.

if anyone here has some spare time to offer any advice at all I'd be very grateful,
