Voltage on drain of Q1,Q3,Q4 is near 4,5V.
Voltage on drain of Q2 is 0,3V . (This is a max voltage which i can set)
Voltage on drain of Q5 is 9v.

Change:
Pot 25k --> 20k,
Pot t 2,5k --> 2k.

30nF --> 33nF
5nF --> 4,7 nF.

The sound from amplifier is clean, no gain.

I know it's a stupid question... but  have you installed the jumps?

one of that, the first pink line on the left,  is bringing GND to the Gain pot and to R6, C6, C5, C15, components that are surrounding Q2, that's where you have voltage issue.

also go at page 2 of the following docs, from GGG to check voltages at other pins of Qs

http://www.generalguitargadgets.com/pdf/ggg_bsiab2_instruct.pdf?phpMyAdmin=78482479fd7e7fc3768044a841b3e85a

not sure if Qs have the same numbering but you can compare with Gus schemo.

Ciao
