I've been looking at the GGG clone and i'm wondering if anyone could give me a basic explaination on  how this pedal works? If i had to guess i'd say that each op amp stage sums the signals out of phase due to delay from the capacitors, but if that is even the case i'm not sure how the op amp near the speed control and trim pot function in this schematic. I have a general understanding of circuit diagrams, but without building this in Pspice i don't really think i could figure out exactly whats going on. Any help would be appreciated

What does a phaser sound like with very few phase stages?  Say one or two.  Does it sound chorus like?
I made the transistor angry.

Sweet, but only 'so' deep...basically the Phase 45 is amazing little phaser, has 'it's sound and does well working with others IME.
They all sound different, amazing how phasey sounding a phase free amplifier can sound when it has an amplifier mixing phased sound with it. [ie 'dual mono' or 'stereo'..one side phase, one side clean] really nice phase sound.
With a touch of delay or even reverb, a fairly bright sound might be considered 'chorusey' but technically chorus involves a delay amount oscillates between very little and less delay.
Convention creates following, following creates convention.

I really love my Phase 45 clone, I dig phasers of all sorts and I probably use the 45 the most out of all of them.  I run in stereo with a big Traynor on one side that's loud and fairly clean and a 15 watt Traynor plus a 5 watt modded Kalamazoo on the other both of which get kinda dirty when I dig into it, I run the 45 to the lower wattage side and it gives me a nice, thick stereo sound without being overwhelming.
New and exciting innovations in current technology!

My GGG Phase 45 never leaves my board. In fact, I've gone stretches with it as an "always on" effect. So good...

My biggest question is really how the speed control works
