Do ALL polarized components reverse for NPN/PNP conversions?

I know polarized caps for power filtration reverse orientation when you change from NPN to PNP, but in a Tonebender MKIII, do the diode on Q3 and the electros in the signal path change orientation when you swap transistor types?

Everything reverses polarity. Power supply, and all polarized parts.

Excuse me for reviving this old thread but my question is directly related so I thought it better to keep related info in one place for future reference.

Basically I just want confirmation that I understand the difference between NPN and PNP circuits.

1. The only differences are that

a. the power supply changes polarity., i.e., in a pnp circuit the red battery wire goes where the black wire would go in a npn circuit, and the red wire would go to board ground;  True or false? 

and

b.  Polarized components such as diodes, electrolytic and tantalum caps are reversed?  True or false

c.  Everything else stays the same.  True or false?

one can use the switch and jack connections shown in the boost project (which is a NPN circuit ) in the beginners threads   in  a PNP circuit   (such as the germanium fuzz face)  WITHOUT CHANGES OTHER THAN THOSE DESCRIBED ABOVE.  True or False?

I have been having trouble with a germanium fuzz face and want to be sure I understand at least the practical  differences between NPN and PNP circuits.  I just need one knowledgeable person to answer the  T/F questions.  If one of the answers is false an explanation woulod be appreciated. Thanks.

Yes to all.
Anything that is polarized get's flipped when you flip power and transistor type (pnp/npn).
