But I think I'm going to go with the FX-888. I read only good reviews on it and I like it's small size. And for 80$ shipping included for a real Hakko from a real store. (Like one of my friend likes to say.....I'm to poor to be cheap!) Get top quality first and buy only once!

I don't trust ebay for pricy items (that's just me!)

As for a SMD rework station.....I don't like combos (of anything for that mather!)
For now a hot air rework station would be overkill for me........maybe one day??? But not for now.
