How to bias an Electroharmonix Attack Decay?

Hello all,

I've just finished a clone of an EHX Attack Decay, using a PCB posted on the "another forum". After a couple of hours of debugging I make it alive, but it sounds very farted/distorsed.
I used a power supply with TC962, but I saw that TC962 draws only 80mA. Could be this a problem?

Anyway, it's a special method to bias it, ideally an alignament procedure? It seems that the biasing is very sensitive to the positions of the attack/decay pots.
