Quick question about output wiring

I'm building a Scrambler based on this layout:



I use Beavis' wiring layout diagram a lot as a reference and I notice that there is usually a wire that goes from the footswitch to a spot on the board for the "output". This layout has an "output ground" which I assume would go to the output jack as a ground instead of wiring the output & input jacks to each other to complete the ground.

My question is, where do I wire the spot on the 3PDT that is designated for the output to the board?

I believe you connect it to lug # 2 of the blend pot....
