Hi, I'm planning to build a replica of my current amp. It's the fender deluxe 112 (not plus, and also no tubes, all solid state) I have the schematic you can find here:

http://www.amparchives.com/album/Fender/Schematics/Fender%20Deluxe%20112%20Schematic_gif_orig.html

I started the search for every component and got everything except for the power transformer. In the lower left corner of the schematic it reads that at the secondary are 31.4 VAC. From that i get that the transformer needs to be 120/30-0-30 (or 230/30-0-30 for my country). From back panel it reads that power requirement is 200W.

I looked it up and found that a tranformer 240/30-0-30 200W is too big. Fender original transformer is like half the size the one they show me in stores.
So now the question: Transformer power requirement needs to match the 200W that back panel says or it is just the max power it will consume?

I hope you can give me a hand with this.
Thanks.
