The hard drive on my laptop dies a few months ago and I have yet to completely rebuild all my bookmarks and other bits.

This morning, I searched for a previous post I made on another site listing my data sheet sites.
I thought I may as well share them here (Hell, who knows how long this drive will last. Its really dusty where I live  :(  )
Here they are:

http://www.allxref.com
http://www.alldatasheet.com/
http://alltransistors.com/
http://www.datasheetcatalog.com/
http://www.datasheetarchive.com/
http://www.datasheetdir.com/
http://www.datasheets.org.uk/
http://www.digchip.com/datasheets/
http://www.seekdatasheet.com/

Go forth and edumacate yerselves

I use Mouser alot for this.  I find it interesting the different info that comes up on new datasheets vs old datasheets for the same part from the same manufacturer.

I'll do that too.
Also, sometimes I'll request a datasheet(s) be sent along with the parts when I order stuff online.
I will likely already have one, but its sometimes handy to have data sheets from different manufacturers.
