Ross Comp Debug Info

Hi,

I recently put together a Ross comp using the tonepad layout, and had a problem similar to some previous posts where the compressor would only give an output when the sustain was at max. Thought I would share my fix.
Well, it ended up being the 56K bias resistor. The package said 56K but the resistors where actually 5.6k. ( I didn't bother measuring or looking closely enough at the bands, lesson learned the hard way.....Again :oops: ). Worked right away after the change! Hope this helps someone else,
