Green Ringer Diodes????

will it work with silicone diodes? thats all they had at the store....yeah I want it to sound good but if it does work but doesn't sound good I can search/order or something...I just don't want to start the build yet unless it will work with what I have. Thanks!

I've read numerous comments about builds and silicon does work, but sounds different....as expected.

It is important to match the diodes, though...
