Questions about schematics from new builder

I have a couple of quick questions about a bit of schematics in this picture. What is section of schematics in the bottom left corner? Also why is it not connected to the main schematic. Thanks for the help.

hi, thats the power section of the schematic...

as for being seperate, its just the way some schematics are drawn!..


the vref on that part  connects to the vref 's on the rest of the schematic...
