Blue Box Schematic needs a home

An amp tech emailed me and asked for the Blue Box schematic.  Thinking this would be an easy Google search, I was surprised to find I couldn't find it.  I drew this schematic way back in 1997...  WOW, the gray hair is showing which is now growing out of my ears.  Enjoy ya'll!
