Dry signal drop out deluxe memory man RI

Hi all
The problem im having with my deluxe memory man RI is that when i turn the delay up on pedal after say 3mins of playing the dry signal drops out and sometimes cuts back in. As soon as i turn the delay knob down i can hear my dry signal again but i turn it back up and only hear a delayed sound.
The thing is when this fault is happening increasing or decreasing the knob does nothing to the delayed sound always sounds delayed with the same tempo of delay without the dry signal, of course turning the delay knob right to zero allows me to hear my dry notes again. Once again this happens everytime which can be anytime usually and always after playing for 3mins this fault happens would anyone know of this is repairable if you need a video done i can post one. The dry signal is always there if i turn the delay knob down.
