I Need Your Help with The SPAM Peddle!

Ok, it's not the spam you were thinking of, but Spam nonetheless.

I picked up these beautiful little tins for a buck at Target and need help deciding what to put in them (pedal-wise).  They are a little larger than an Altoids tin at 4" x 3" x 1" (10cm x 7.5cm x 2.5cm). I can put some bracing around the stomp switch to keep the top from buckling. What do y'all think I should fill them with?  The Meat Sphere would be too tight I think.

stand offs , screwed into the bottom with washers on the top fastened with "flat" head screws ?

wood that is epoxied to the bottom ... ?

i did something like this with a small circular metal container for an easy face , i figured it would need some support but its fine .
