I just finished my BOR clone, and i have a question. The pedal works fine but i am having a problem with the tone pot.I used the suggested B100K but i found that the tone is full and warm only with the tone pot turned all the way counter clock wise.In the 12'o clock position the sound is not that good and there is also a drop in the volume. The other pots(gain and volume) work just fine.Anyone noticed the same thing with his BOR?

If you are going by the old Boomstick document at the Madbean site, then there may be some issues with the parts values.  The document I'm looking at has the components on the bass side as 47k and 22nf, yielding a treble cut starting around 154hz.  On the treble side, the values shown are 100nf and 82k, which yields a bass cut starting around 19hz, which is pretty much no bass cut at all.

If you made that cap .01uf, instead of .1uf, that would shift the bass cut upwards, so that it starts around 194hz, which is complementary to the treble cut.

Take a look at the labnotes over at AMZ - http://www.muzique.com/lab/main.htm - for some ideas about how to tailor the tone control to your tastes.  It is basically a Big Muff control.
