Click-less effect order switcher

Is there a such thing as a click-less effect order switcher (with LEDs)? I made one with a 4PDT foot switch (like in the picture), but the click is very loud when I am recording quiet things. I would ideally like to build another one that doesn't click! I have tried searching but I am not finding what I am looking for. Maybe someone here knows of a better solution?

Thanks in advance for reading.

I usually recommend use of a 3PDT toggle, rather than a stompswitch.  Maybe it's me but I can't think of too many scenarios where a player needs to reverse the order of two or more effects, mid-song.  If one uses a toggle, it's cheaper, takes up less space, and doesn't require indicator LEDs because the position of the handle bat tells you what you need to know.  YMMV

As for clicking, there isn't anything that would produce audible switch-clicking in an order-flipper scenario that wouldn't also occur with a simple bypass switch.  Somewhere there is DC that is either not being blocked, or not being drained off quickly.

Thanks for your recommendations. I should have pointed out that the microphones are picking up the click sound. It's not bleeding through the circuits or anything. I do need to be able to switch multiple times mid song in this application, while playing. So I don't have a free hand for the toggle, otherwise that would be a splendid solution. I also only have the one room to record in, so I don't have the luxury of having the pedals in another room. Perhaps I need to look into a relay switching situation....

Do you need to look at the thing while playing? Just wrap it in a blanket or something.

this is an interesting one for this forum - pop which doesn't come from the circuit itself!

all i can think of is a soft momentary switch (some of them click, some don't). this would involve you either holding the switch down for the duration of each section, or making a flip-flop circuit and electronic switch.

Yes, I think that's what I'll do. There is a wonderful guy named Steve Demedash who created the Incandenza bypass circuit, it might do the trick if I use two linked up somehow. He's helping me with it. I'll post back if it ends up being just the right thing. Maybe some other folks would find it useful. Thanks for your comments, everyone  :)
