Op amp AD712 or OPA2604 is listed in a clone build i wanna do , is there any other op amps that will sub in and work etc ??

Datasheet says Ad712 is an enhanced replacement for TL082, so one of those or TL072 should work fine. They'd probably be fine for the other one as well. Without knowing what the circuit is though, I can't say for sure, it might need a specific type of opamp for some reason.

The FET input ones like the TL072 have some voltage noise but very low input current noise.  The NE5532 is the opposite - low voltage noise but more current noise.  The crossover where one is better than the other is about 20 Kohm input resistance - the TL072 is better above it and the NE5532 is better below it.  Read the specifications for each device - there is some interchangeability but not all devices behave identically and some will be great whereas others will fall flat.  Many devices use a standard pinout, so if you use sockets, you can determine which one you prefer.

I won't suggest that differences between the AD712, OPA2604 and other dual op-amps (of which there are literally hundreds that could sub) are negligible.  All those chips exist for reasons, and Alfonso picked what he did for a reason (although that reason may not apply in your context as much as the circumstance he was anticipating).  However, when comparing the Zendrive to its cousins, the TS-9, SD-1, Timmy, Bluesbreaker, and a host of other derivatives. what will stand out more than the specific op-amp used, at least until you have lived with the unit for a while, is going to be the variable low-end drive, the MosFet+diode clipping network in the feedback loop, and the non-reciprocal treble-cut filter.  Feel free to use a TL072 or a 4558 for a while...in a socket...and if you should stumble on one of the recommended higher-end chips, pop one in.

My guess is that whether you like or don't like the unit is not likely going to depend very much on having used this op-amp vs that one.  The adjustable bass drive and clipping elements will likely play a much bigger role.

So , any 4558 variant will work for now until i can track down a AD712 or OPA2604 .....

Bit by bit you'll find that the differences between dual op-amps shown in schematics will be a bit like the difference between fusilli, spirilli, and rotini pasta.  They're all a little different from each other, yes, but ultimately the success or failure of a recipe that calls for one of them will be completely uninfluenced by use of one of the others instead.
