about 555 SMPS

Hi, I'm thinking about building a headphone tube amp. However I need a power supply that could put out 220v and 64mA (32mA for each channel). Could this SMPS do the job?

555 uses no feedback and voltage is very dependent on load.
I would suggest a "real" smps. Just search for a nixie tube power supply in ebay - the can be found for about 20$
