All I want to do is add a toggle switch to my GGG BMP that will give me a choice of:

- Normal silicone Diodes
- Bypass first diode section
- Germanium Diodes or LED's not decided yet (will try them both and choose by favourite)

I was planning on putting the Diodes directly on the switch.

But figuring it out is frying my brain..... ???

Can somebody please tell me what switch I need and how to wire it to my GGG BMP.

Thanks

Here is what my PCB looks like:

The more I look at it the more I think its not even possible with one switch.

I'd be happy to be proved wrong though

Probably cheaper to use two switches for that kind of thing. One turns the diode clipping on/off in the 2nd stage, the other switch swaps the type of diodes in the 3rd stage. I just did that exact setup with two switches, spent 5 minutes on it and about 2 bucks.

EDIT: for my diode switch I used 1N456s and BAT41s in the 3rd stage, just because it sounded good to my ears. I used germs in the 2nd stage, for the same reason.

How about this is this right, using a 4PDT On-On-On toggle switch.

But definately cheaper to use two DPDT, and that gives you more versatility too, but I don't want 2 switches.
