EHX Holy Grail's strange behavior

When I got my ac adapter broken at the last rehearsal it also sort of damaged (i guess )my lovely holy grail ...

Now I have my adapter fixed but holy grail ... well something wrong with it . When I hit on\off switch it either switches on in 5-20 seconds and sometimes gets to work when I touch other jacks from ac adapter with my voltage tester. It passes dry signal alright and then just adds a wet signal to it ... I have no idea how to fix it cause pcb looks too complicated for me and i didn't even manage to find schematic of it , maybe someone here can help me?
