I want to build a "quick-and dirty" A-B switcher box, using a DPDT footswitch.

I would like to have a visual indication of A and B, I want to avoid using battery-powered LEDs.

Does anyone make a latching DPDT footswitch where the "button" stays the IN and OUT position when switched?

This is what I'm looking for:

Does such a beast exist?

Thanks!

It exists for finger-activated power  switches. I don't know of any that will withstand foot-stomping. Maybe they do, I've just never seen one in the last few decades.

In response to the questions in the forum - PCB Layout for Musical Effects is available from The Book Patch. Search "PCB Layout" and it ought to appear.
