Dr. Boogie

I love my Dr. Boogie. Love. More than Futurama. More than Harvey Birdman. Love Love Love. So much so I've contemplated kicking the wife out of the bed to make room for it. It would snuggle beside me, be the last thing I see at night and the first thing I see when I wake up.
The only thing I would like to adjust is the treble. I want to roll it back +/- 20% and maybe give a bit more bass. Being a decent carpenter and speaking a little conversational french, I would think its safe to say my problem lies in the tone stack. What would I adjust to achieve these results?
