i've putting together one big box of 7 individual pedals, which all use 9vDC.
anywho..

so how can i power it all up using just one 9v powersupply jack?

ofcourse it'd need a good amount of mA. no problem there though.
but how can i hook it all up so it'll work?

going from pedal to pedal.
some of them only need power for the LEDs (ie. a/b/tuner etc..) but a four  of them need power for the electronics as well (ie. buffer circuit, fuzz etc..)

please help me out here - as it's a major (cool) project.

You may have /want to isolate, and filter the ripple of the PS to these ckts. for noise/etc considerations.
I believe the Spyder does this, I've never tried it.

The light-only pedals will be no problem. What are the remaining four pedals?

Depending on what they are, this may be a very simple matter of wiring up all the cords in parallel. Most effects draw very little so a common 9 volt 1 amp adapter is almost sure to have enough power for everything.

Most pedals use the signal ground for the battery negative. Power for these can be safely wired in parallel.

Some (like PNP fuzz faces) use the signal ground for positive. These effects will need to have their own isolated power supply.

The third configuration does not connect the signal ground to either the positive or negative. These pedals must have their power isolated from the positive and negative ground supplies.

I'm sure you will enjoy only having one plug and no more batteries. 8)

thanks.

i was pretty sure all the pedals should be connected in parallel. so there you go. :)

the remaining four pedals are:
homemade EQ, homemade fuzz (though not PNP i'm pretty sure.. ;) ), Boss Spectrum-clone, and a buffer-pedal.
